
Russell McKee was editor, Gijsbert Van Frankenhuyzen was art editor, Richard Morscheck was managing editor, Owen Neils was assistant art editor (through the July-August issue), Donna Burt was circulation manager, Glenna Green (Seagall from the July-August issue) was production manager.
The magazine cost $7.97 per year for a subscription, and was printed by the Safran Printing Company in Detroit.
The publisher's statement in the last issue of 1991 gives the circulation as 147,000; with 143,000 subscriptions and 3700 newsstand sales.
In 1981 Michigan Natural Resources Magazine celebrated its 50th year of publication. A short overview of this history is given in "The Bookend" of the January-February issue. In a related event indicating the relentless movement of history, Charles Schaefer, the Magazine's great artist who served under four editors between 1848 and 1977 when he retired, died in December of 1981.
